Playing for All – is a games-based program for both children and adults with intellectual disability. It helps them get active, make friends and have fun while learning important life skills.

Playing for All sessions are delivered in a safe and supportive environment by qualified coaches who run activities that promote movement, teamwork, decision making and communication. Coaches also teach players the importance of being fit and staying healthy.

Playing for All is perfect for those who:

  • aren’t interested in competitive sport but would benefit from being active and having fun with others.
  • who want to play sport but want to try different activities to build the skills, behaviours and confidence to take the next step.
  • play sport already but want an additional activity or to learn new skills.

The ultimate outcome for everyone is to enjoy being active – and to stay active for life!

The types of NDIS goals this program can help a person achieve outcomes in include:

  • Social and Community Participation
  • Health and Wellbeing
