Partnership with Choice Hotels

July 2022

Special Olympics Australia is excited to announce our partnership with Choice Hotels.

This partnership will provide Special Olympics athletes, families, friends, and supporters with the opportunity to receive discounted accommodation when booking their next stay in Australia or New Zealand.

With hundreds of Choice Hotels available for booking, you’ll be able to plan your family trip, travel for business, or take that much needed holiday all while saving 15% and giving back to Special Olympics Australia.

Every time a stay is booked using Special Olympics Australia’s Choice Sports ID, Choice Hotels donate 7% of the booking total back to Special Olympics to help continue to deliver inclusive sporting opportunities for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.

Pierre Comis, Special Olympics Australia Chief Executive Officer said recognised the value of the partnership with Choice Hotels. “Partnering with Choice Hotels will provide an opportunity for the Special Olympics Australia community to receive accommodation benefits, whilst giving back to our organisation for the growth and future development of our programs.

“This partnership Hotels will help us provide opportunities for children and adults with intellectual disability around Australia to achieve their best through the power of sport,” Pierre Comis concluded.

The Special Olympics Choice Sports ID can be used at any time, it does not have to be a sport-oriented booking!
